Market Inn Acoustic Open Mic
KPR puts on an Acoustic Open Mic night at the Market Inn, Yatton, normally on the first Wednesday of each month. You’ll get a warm welcome whether you’re an experienced performer or an artist looking to develop your own style.
Entertainment starts at 8pm with the evening having an ‘unplugged’ feel. Amplification is provided with most performers using acoustic instruments. KPR has a cajon, tambourines and an electro acoustic guitar and bass. Performers are welcome to bring their own instruments or to borrow those available.
We encourage performers to keep it simple to minimise setup time between acts and to allow everyone in the pub to enjoy a relaxed atmosphere.
The pub landlord’s (Nigel) amazing lighting setup adds to the ambience of a friendly evening.
The Market Inn also puts on a more ‘electric’ themed Open Mic on a Saturday in each month and hosts regular live bands. Contact the Market Inn for details and dates.
